Need to make a return or exchange? No problem. Here’s what to know.

All briefs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For everything else, you have 10 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. There is no return or exchange fee, but you are responsible for return postage. Returned items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

To get started, email info@autumnbody.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.

We'll exchange it if we have stock, or issue a full refund if we don’t.

Orders ship within 5 business days. Once shipped, we're not responsible for delays, loss, or damage—most packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes $100 insurance. If your package is lost or damaged, file a claim with USPS.
