Returns and shipping policy

For the holiday season, orders placed between November 4 and January 31 qualify for free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, email info@autumnbody.com with your order number and reason for return. Exchanges are available as supplies last.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is found to be worn, damaged, washed, or not in like-new condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange and mail the product back to you.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we sincerely apologize. We can offer either:
• An exchange for the same product if stock is available, or
• A full refund if we do not have stock for an exchange.

To report a damaged or defective item, email info@autumnbody.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

Shipping Policy

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your purchased products within 5 business days from the date of your order. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the product and the shipping destination.

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the shipping process. Once the product has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you as the buyer. That said, most packages will be sent through USPS Ground Advantage, which has $100 included insurance. If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, file a claim with USPS right away.
