Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear sales are final. If you have questions about finding the right size for you, please send us an email before purchasing at info@autumnbody.com and review our fit chart.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, we sincerely apologize. We can offer either:
An exchange for the same product if stock is available.
A full refund if we do not have stock for an exchange.

Shipping Policy
We will make reasonable efforts to ship your purchased products within 5 business days from the date of your order. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the product and the shipping destination.
We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the shipping process. Once the product has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you as the buyer. That said, most packages will be sent through USPS Ground Advantage, which has $100 included insurance. If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, file a claim with USPS right away.
