Hi, I’m Vanessa. I founded Autumn Body in 2021 when I realized underwear wasn’t made for my body.

When I was 15, I lost 100 pounds and, like many people, had loose skin on my body. At the time, I wanted to create shapewear that supported that reality. Almost 20 years later, my body changed again. I gained some weight back, and it made me realize that our bodies don’t change just once; they keep shifting through the ups and downs of life.

That moment changed my focus. I no longer wanted to make shapewear that tried to control the body. I wanted to make underwear that adapted to it.

After years of research, fabric testing, and learning how sustainable manufacturing really works, I launched Autumn Body’s first product: the Lounge Brief. It’s a premium organic cotton underwear that stretches across two sizes and keeps its shape over time. Each piece is made in Los Angeles by skilled makers, with care, precision, and a focus on lasting quality.
